You can browse service information and a historical outfit demo without signing in. Optional ChatGPT sign-in provides access to your website consult balance, existing-work recovery and data controls. New purchases, shopping searches and personal-photo processing are paused.
Sign-in and your website account
OpenAI handles ChatGPT sign-in and makes a site-specific user identifier, your email address and, when available, your name available to the website. Style Finder derives an internal account identifier from that site-specific ID to associate consults with their owner. Opening Your consults can create or find your private website account even while new purchases are paused. This is a stored account record, not just a sign-in status display.
Sign-in does not give Style Finder access to your ChatGPT conversations, purchase a consult or upload a photo. Website consults and earlier website packages share a website account; it is not linked to a native-app account. You can sign out and continue browsing public pages. Signing out does not delete your website records or your ChatGPT account.
Private storage and existing work
Style Finder uses a private Cloudflare D1 database for account, consult, allowance, purchase and recovery records, and private Cloudflare R2 storage for saved generated illustrations when present. Records let you check available, in-progress, completed or unfinished consults and recover existing work under your sign-in. Access checks tie those records and saved results to their owner.
Searches and photos when new work opens
Shopping search requires explicit permission before your written direction, collection and clothing budget are used to request results from SerpApi. That search step does not send a personal photo. Search details, results and selected outfit information are saved as needed to recover the consult.
A photo stays in the page until you explicitly agree to processing and submit it. For a selected-look illustration, your source photo and garment reference images are sent to OpenAI. Source-photo bytes are used for that request and are not saved by this website flow. With your separate storage consent, the generated illustration and outfit details are saved to your website account. Processing, storage, scope and consult terms are shown before submission.
OpenAI and SerpApi process requests under their own data-handling and retention practices. Not saving source photos in the app does not mean every provider retains nothing. Cloudflare also handles website and storage requests. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for those providers.
Closing access and removing saved results
Manage consult data lets you check the current state before requesting deletion. Confirmed deletion closes access to the shared website account, including earlier website packages and previews, and queues saved illustrations and outfit details for removal. Cleanup can remain pending; the data page reports confirmed removals and pending work. Closing access cannot be undone, and copies you downloaded remain on your device.
Limited payment, usage, support and deletion records remain. Deletion does not erase payments, issue a refund or cancel our obligation to resolve paid, unused or unfinished consults. Earlier purchased-package obligations remain in place. Closing this website account does not delete your ChatGPT account, a native-app account, or records held separately by service providers.
Payments when checkout opens
Stripe handles checkout and payment information. Style Finder keeps limited payment references and status records to verify purchases and handle recovery, refunds and support. Never email payment-card details. New checkout remains paused.
Technical information, images and retailer links
The website host receives ordinary connection information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as requests, browser or device information, network address and timestamps. The site adds no advertising or analytics trackers. The historical demo handles your selected direction, collection and budget in the page.
The recorded public demo serves retained product-photo snapshots from this website. If live shopping opens, search-result images may load from retailer or Google-hosted image servers without sending the referring page URL; those servers receive connection information needed to return each image. Retailer links take you to third-party sites with their own privacy practices; Style Finder does not control those sites or clothing purchases.
Email enquiries and privacy questions
An email link opens your email app; the website does not submit the message. Your provider and ours handle correspondence under their own terms. Don’t send personal photos, payment-card details or sensitive information with an initial enquiry.
