Enquiries
There is no charge for an enquiry. An order exists only after availability, scope and delivery timing are confirmed and payment is made through an available checkout.
Before work begins
A confirmed order may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins.
Unfinished consults
A failed or unfinished consult remains owed. Recovery may be available and is requested explicitly; it is not a promise of unlimited retries or additional image variations. If work cannot finish, contact us to resolve the work or request a refund review. A refund or payment review may pause remaining consults while it is resolved.
Earlier single-package purchases
Earlier purchased packages retain their promised scope, including one adjustment, and their existing cancellation and refund terms. If Style Finder cannot deliver that agreed digital service, the order will receive a full refund.
After delivery
If something is wrong with the delivered service, contact us promptly. We will review a reasonable correction within the agreed scope or a refund request based on what was promised and delivered. This does not limit rights that apply under law.
Clothing purchases
Style Finder does not sell clothing. Returns, exchanges and refunds for garments are governed by the retailer you buy from.
