Enquiries
There is no charge for an enquiry. An order exists only after availability, scope and delivery timing are confirmed and payment is made through an available checkout.
Before work begins
A confirmed order may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins.
If Style Finder cannot deliver
If Style Finder cannot deliver the agreed digital service, the order will receive a full refund.
After delivery
If something is wrong with the delivered service, contact us promptly. We will review a reasonable correction within the agreed scope or a refund request based on what was promised and delivered. This does not limit rights that apply under law.
Clothing purchases
Style Finder does not sell clothing. Returns, exchanges and refunds for garments are governed by the retailer you buy from.

Email hello@xzhenergy.com with “Style Finder order help” in the subject. Include the email used for the order and a clear description; don’t include payment-card details.
